Skuid CEO Ken McElrath is named one of the Highest Rated CEOs on Glassdoor today. Glassdoor released its annual report highlighting the Highest Rated CEOs in several countries throughout North America and Europe. Ken says it's thanks to Skuid employees.

Ken McElrath appears on Glassdoor’s U.S. small and medium business (SMB) list with an impressive rating. McElrath ranked number five out of 25 on Glassdoor’s Highest Rated CEOs, with a 99 percent approval rating from employees.
Among the 700,000 companies reviewed on Glassdoor, the average CEO approval rating is 67 percent.For the past two years, Skuid placed on Entrepreneur’s Top Company Cultures list, a comprehensive ranking of businesses based in the U.S. that exhibit high-performance cultures.
In 2017, Skuid ranked fourth place in the midsize company category, demonstrating exceptional employee engagement, which directly impacts their success.
Approval ratings for CEOs are gathered through Glassdoor’s online company review survey, which gathers current and former employee sentiments about job and company satisfaction, the work environment, and the culture.
Employees are asked to rate a number of workplace factors like compensation and benefits, as well as work-life balance. Then, they’re asked whether they approve, disapprove, or are neutral about the job their CEO is doing.
