It can be tough to get your footing when you’re learning a new technology, and Skuid is no exception. Sometimes you need more than a generic “how-to” article. You need to talk to a real person who’s been through the same challenges you’re trying to navigate. That’s why we created the Skuid Community.
Connect to other customers
When Skuid went live on the Salesforce App Exchange in 2012, we knew that our customers needed a community of support to be successful. Customers latched onto the idea, connecting with the community right away. Since then, our customers, partners and fans have participated in more than 4,000 conversations!
“Engaging our customers in our community helped them get up to speed more quickly,” says CEO Ken McElrath. “I think our customers are motivated to engage in our community because they know they will get answers.”
Meet our Skuid Champions

We’ve made a very intentional choice to invest in being responsive, answering as many questions as possible, as quickly as possible. And our employees aren’t the only ones answering questions on the Skuid Community.
Many questions are answered by our customers and partners, folks we fondly refer to as “Skuid Champions”, who deserve to be recognized and thanked for their support.

“We have fantastic customers. They love our product, our culture and truly appreciate the love we show them in the community,” Ken says. “Our users pay it forward. Once they receive help, they pass along help to others.
This is what a caring community should look like, and the Skuid community is a great example. It's contagious.” Want to join the conversation? Visit the Skuid Community and click the “Get Started Today” button.
