Giant Eagle enhances PeopleSoft performance reviews with Skuid

Giant Eagle, a national supermarket chain, wished to increase employee engagement. It chose Skuid to help it create an intuitive, easy-to-use, mobile-responsive user experience for PeopleSoft Performance Management.

Challenge

Giant Eagle transitioned from SAP SuccessFactors to a custom PeopleSoft Performance Management module it built using PeopleTools. Although the company was able to recreate the workflows in PeopleSoft, it was unable to improve the appearance, usability, and mobility of the PeopleSoft user interface.
