Investors

Skuid was mostly bootstrapped for its first 2 years. The company completed Series A fundraising round in 2016, comprised of $6.6M. Investment efforts were led by K1 Capital with participation by Salesforce Ventures. In March of 2017, Skuid raised a Series B round of funding led by ICONIQ Capital, joined by K1 Investment Management.

K1 Investment Management is a US West Coast-based venture capital firm investing in high-growth private companies across North America. They specialize in identifying and working with high growth potential enterprise software companies. This comes from a belief that the market opportunity in enterprise software is driven by the remarkable productivity gains achieved from deploying application technologies. They believe, as does Skuid, that rapid adoption of Software-as-a-Service (“SaaS”) and traditional license applications is one of the most powerful drivers of the economy.

ICONIQ Capital is a global multi-family office and merchant bank for a group of influential families.
