A recent article in Intelligent CXO shared the story of CareerBuilder’s success in building a contract management system that works the way its users do.
The company needed a robust solution that both addressed unique customer contract terms and integrated with its legacy ERP system. In just 10 weeks, CareerBuilder designed and implemented Order Builder, an application now used by nearly 200 sales and customer success reps.
With Skuid, CareerBuilder completed “a fully integrated front end sales and business process management solution 70% faster than it would have taken with out of the box Salesforce features and custom code.”
Order Builder’s intuitive user interface provides sales and customer success reps more of the information they need to do their best work.
Built declaratively, Order Builder required fewer than 100 lines of code, unheard of in traditional development projects. That means future updates to the system won’t increase technical debt.
