The Anti-Defamation League (ADL) is the world’s leading organization combating anti-Semitism and relentlessly pursuing equal rights for all. They do this by exposing hate groups, training law enforcement on hate crimes, developing anti-bias education programs for students, countering cyber-hate, and more.
Recently, as part of an organization-wide effort to harness new technologies and modernize interactions with the public, ADL sought out a solution to enhance the Salesforce experience for their marketing team. Given the tight deadline to deliver an enhanced marketing automation workflow, the ADL decided that Skuid was their best option.
In just two weeks, they built their first app, which went live two weeks later. They can now quickly create simple, dynamic forms using conditional rendering and wizard components to perform marketing tasks without training.
The system has streamlined business processes so that ADL’s marketing and technology teams could work more efficiently and deliver faster results.
As we built out our first Skuid application for our marketing team, we saw the power to solve other challenges we’re experiencing across our organization. We’ve been thrilled with the accessibility and speed of user adoption. We intend to expand its use outside of our marketing team to further streamline business operations as we defend against anti-Semitism and protect human rights.
Daniel Wiener, Director of Software Applications
It has been great to work with the ADL team because they have a uniquely innovative approach. It was clear from the beginning that the ADL team thought about technology as a tool to enable them to do their work rapidly.
ADL’s team shares in the vision of Skuid to create exactly what they imagined much, much faster. The ADL will be using Skuid to create an incident-response service console for employees to record and track hate crimes, as well as portals for their events calendar and employee intranet in the near future.
“Skuid’s mission is to bring a human-centric experience to enterprise software,” said Skuid CEO Ken McElrath.
“An organization with a mission as important as the ADL’s deserves a user experience that aids their cause, with apps that function the way they do, protecting human rights and seeking justice and fairness.
We’re delighted that they can accelerate their work with the Skuid platform, and we will continue evolving Skuid so they can further humanize their apps to fulfill their noble humanitarian mission.”
